Order
At leonlouis.com you can only order goods via our webshop. If you have inquiries for products that are not on the site, you are of course welcome to contact us. If you would like to receive an extra copy of your order confirmation or have not received it by e-mail, please send an e-mail to: shop@leonlouis.com

Payment
Leonlouis.com accepts payment in the shop by Dankort, VISA-Dankort, VISA, VPay, JCB, UnionPay, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express cards. There is no charge for payment with these cards on the shop. When you place your order on: www.Leon Louis.nu and have given your card details, this does not mean that the money has been withdrawn from your account. The payment and therefore the withdrawal of the money from your debit card will be completed as soon as your order is dispatched. All card details will only be readable by PBS. Neither Leon Louis.nu nor its partners (other than PBS) nor anyone else can read the card details.


Delivery and shipping costs
At leonlouis.com you shop with free shipping via GLS as long as you buy for over 500 €. Shipping costs for purchases under 500 € is 35 € with GLS pakkeshop. You have the option to have your goods sent by GLS.


Delivery
Leon Louis is known for its fast delivery times so you will always receive your ordered goods within 3-5 business days. Of course, it cannot be excluded that in some cases there could be a longer delivery time. If this is the case, you will be notified immediately. You will of course always be entitled to cancel your purchase.
Delivery is considered to have taken place when the consignment has been delivered to the recipient. It is important that you check the shipment immediately upon receipt. If there is visible damage to the consignment or it appears that the packaging has been attempted to be repaired, it is best to refuse receipt of the consignment or to sign for it subject to hidden damage. If there is visible damage to the consignment, we advise you to unpack the consignment and check it before giving a receipt to the carrier, if the carrier allows this. If the carrier does not allow it, we advise you to refuse receipt of the consignment.

Right of withdrawal for consumers
At Leon Louis.nu there is no time limit, in other words, you exchange whenever you want.
You cannot cancel by simply refusing to accept the goods without giving us clear notice.
Cancellation of part of the purchase:
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that if you cancel part of your purchase, you will not be refunded the shipping costs.

Returns
We've made it easy for you to return your goods to us. A return label is enclosed with your order which you have received. If you choose to use the enclosed return label, you only pay 35 € to send your package back to us. The 35 € will be deducted from the money you have to get back from us. When returning the goods, you are responsible for ensuring that they are properly packed. The buyer bears the risk of the goods until delivery at Leon Louis.nu

Condition of the item when you return it
You are liable only for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical shop.
If the item is tried on beyond what is described above, we will consider it used, which means that if you cancel your purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the freight costs back.
So to get a full refund, you have to do the same as you would in a physical shop. You may try the item, but not actually use it.

Refund of the purchase price
If you cancel your purchase, you will of course be refunded the amount you have paid to us. In the event of depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase price.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the original delivery costs, but excluding any additional costs incurred as a result of your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer. We will make such refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. This does not include return costs as described in the section on Returns.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided proof of return before then.

Complaints
When you shop at Leon Louis.nu, you have a 24-month warranty according to the Dutch Purchase Act. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behaviour.

How soon should I make a complaint?
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.
We will refund reasonable shipping costs
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your reasonable shipping costs.

When you return the item, please state what the problem is in as much detail as possible.
Please note! We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.
Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt of shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.

Privacy policy
In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:

We make the registration and disclosure of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the goods to you. The personal data is registered at Black Hole Group ApS and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted.
The owners of Black Hole Group and Leon Louis.nu have access to the information registered about you.
Information provided to Leon Louis.nu is in no way sold to third parties, and we do not register any personal information. In addition, we work with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your data with adequate protection.
The data controller of leonlois.com is Black Hole Group ApS.
As a data subject of Black Hole Group ApS, you always have the right to object to registration. You also have the right to access what data is registered about you. If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask us to. This may be, for example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were supposed to use it. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in breach of the law. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act and any enquiries in this regard should be addressed to Black Hole Group ApS via e-mail shop@leonlouis.com

Prices
All prices listed on the shop are in Danish Kroner and include 25% Danish VAT. The prices on the webshop are daily prices and only valid on the day of order, and therefore prices may change. You must be at least 18 years old to shop at Leon Louis.nu - if you are under 18 you must have parental consent. All agreements are made in English.

Competition conditions
Information directly included in each competition is:
- Information on how to enter
- What can be won and how many prizes there are in total
- The commercial value of the prize, if any
- Winner is determined by a random draw
- Date of announcement of winner
- Information on how and where the announcement will take place

Prizes sent
All prizes are sent from leonlouis.com; directly to the winner. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. This applies even if the winner is prevented from
participate in a particular event.
Exclusion from participation in competitions
Leon Louis employees cannot participate in competitions organised by Leon Louis.
Announcement of winners
All winners will be notified directly. Winners may be announced on the Leon Louiss website and/or Facebook page. If a participant does not wish their name to be published if they are drawn as a winner, they must make this known when receiving the prize.
